Device documentation

Device documentation enables the creation of documentation and repair logs for machines and systems. The documentation can be created in the form of text and images. The documentation can then be viewed by employees in order to obtain information about the machines and systems. The purpose of the device documentation is to give employees the opportunity to find out about the machines and systems and to view the repair logs in the event of a defect.

Adding and managing documentation

When creating device documentation, the user has the option of choosing between documentation and a repair log. The user can then upload a picture from the gallery or take a new picture with their smartphone. The user can then enter the title and description of the documentation, save it and then manage it.
